William O. Fuller is Co-Founder and Co-Managing Partner of Barlington Group. Bill began investing in small-scale properties in 2002.
Two years later, he and Martin Pinilla II launched Miami-based Barlington Group to create a portfolio of properties in the urban core. Since its inception, Barlington Group has acquired and redeveloped commercial property valued at more than $100 million. The company’s primary focus is on Miami’s Little Havana neighborhood, where it is a major stakeholder.
Bill has experience in all areas of repositioning real estate assets, including acquisition, due diligence, design, construction, financing, leasing, and management.
Bill has worked diligently to bring cultural ventures and new businesses to Little Havana including Ball & Chain, Azucar, Doce and Toasted. Part of what makes Barlington unique is that the company is often a partner with its tenants in their ventures, which allows groundbreaking ideas to take hold in neighborhoods that are still getting their legs.
His commitment to the community has included serving as President of the neighborhood’s monthly festival event, Viernes Culturales, and Bill is co-founder of the Little Havana Merchant Alliance.
Born in Miami, Bill earned his undergraduate degree from Emory University in 1999.
