Bill Fuller
Bill Fuller is co-founder and co-managing partner of Barlington Group, a Miami-based real estate investment and development company committed to revitalizing emerging neighborhoods in Miami’s urban core.
Bill combined his love of historic preservation and urban revitalization with real estate investing in Little Havana. In 2004, he and Martin Pinilla II joined forces to launch Barlington Group. The firm has acquired and redeveloped more than 50 commercial properties which include multifamily, hotel, office and retail.
The company’s primary focus has been on Miami’s Little Havana neighborhood. Barlington, headquartered on famous Calle Ocho, is now one of the neighborhood’s most-significant stakeholders. Committed to Miami’s urban core, Barlington also has invested in and activated properties in Overtown, West Coconut Grove, the Miami River District, Downtown and Brickell.
Barlington has been heralded for its preservation of historical properties and for its progressive adaptive re-use strategy. The company’s dedication to restoring and modernizing neglected and sometimes vacant buildings has built on the roots of Little Havana while making it one of the most-visited neighborhoods in Miami.
Bill has worked in all aspects of real estate, including: acquisitions, financing, development and management. He is a Dade Heritage Trustee, Board Director of Intercredit Bank and President of Viernes Culturales – a non-profit that has supported arts and culture since 2000.
A preservationist at heart, Bill partners with local entrepreneurs to host their concepts in historic properties that Barlington has restored. A pioneer in the revitalization of Little Havana, he develops with a keen appreciation for the culture of Miami’s urban neighborhoods and the creativity of its residents.
Supporting and growing local arts and culture are part of Barlington’s profitable balance of neighborhood revitalization and increased value of real estate assets. The firm partners with tenants, assisting in the creation of the look, feel and branding of fresh retail and hospitality concepts. This supports creative and groundbreaking shops and more to become part of the fabric of urban neighborhoods that are retaining their heritage while redefining their identity.

The group owns and manages more than 400,000 square feet of property in Miami’s urban core including: Copper Door BNB in Overtown, Kroma Arts Space in Coconut Grove, Calle Ocho Goodwill in Little Havana and opening in 2020: The Tower Hotel in Little Havana.
A Miami native and resident, Bill attended Florida State University and Emory University for undergraduate studies. He is married with three children.
