Claudia Canellas-Hernandez
Claudia B. Canellas-Hernandez is Executive Assistant to Martin Pinilla II, co-founder and co- managing partner of Barlington Group, a real estate investment and development company committed to revitalizing emerging neighborhoods in Miami’s urban core.
Involved in Miami real estate since 2000, she comes from a highly-regarded Puerto Rican real estate family dating back three generations. From an early age, Claudia was exposed to the profession’s best practices. She soon developed a strong affinity for real estate and property management. Claudia has worked for over twenty years in one of the largest real estate firms in South Florida, becoming a top producing realtor with expertise in pre-construction, sales and rentals.
She enjoys working with customers and is admired for her experience, hard work, effectiveness, and knowledge. Claudia’s drive, dedication, and experience sets her apart from many in the real estate investment/development/management industry. When it comes to advocating for Barlington’s tenants, her tenacious personality turns problems and red tape into opportunity and prosperity.
Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Claudia is fluent in English and Spanish. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Babson College, Wellesley, MA. After college, she relocated to Miami, where she has enjoyed living in such a culturally rich and diverse city.
